Strength & Durability:

Manufactured from high-quality carbon fiber and externally reinforced with Kevlar for exceptional strength and resistance to external impacts.

For precise modeling of shapes and mounting points, we utilized 3D scanning, guaranteeing a perfect fit.

Reliable Components:

Fuel pump and line fittings are made from duralumin and stainless steel, ensuring longevity and safety.

Other mounting brackets are 3D printed from high-quality plastic, showcasing our innovative approach.

We also developed carbon fiber mounts for the original fuel pump and fuel level sensor.

Safety & Tested Quality:

Each fuel tank undergoes rigorous testing for overpressure and leaks.

All tanks are baked at high temperatures for full epoxy resin polymerization, giving the composite material maximum strength and stability.

All materials and epoxy resin used are certified for use with all fuel types, including petrol and ethanol, and have been further tested by us under real-world conditions.
